• Post Partum Baby Classes

Is your newborn struggling to sleep? Are you dealing with your baby’s colic or constant fussiness? Do you feel guilty feeling disconnected with your baby?

You're not alone — and there's a simple, proven solution. You can help make your baby days better by sharing massage with your baby.

Great Sky Babies offers infant massage classes led by Gretchen Becker, a Certified Educator of Infant Massage trained through the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).

In just a few short sessions, you'll learn research-backed massage techniques that can help your baby sleep more soundly, ease gas and colic, and strengthen the bond between you.

Each class is small, relaxed, and completely beginner-friendly. You'll practice real strokes on your own baby while Gretchen demonstrates on a doll — so you leave every session with skills you can use that same night.

Why parents choose Great Sky Babies:

    Calms colic and reduces fussiness

    Supports longer, more restful sleep

    Deepens parent-baby bonding and attachment

Helps you understand your baby's cues with confidence

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another addition to your family, this class meets you where you are. Designed for babies from birth to 12 months, each class blends research, guided instruction, and hands-on practice — helping you build real confidence in caring for your baby.

Foster parents are warmly welcomed, and the class is perfectly suited for parents of multiples.

You'll massage your own baby throughout each class while your instructor demonstrates techniques using a doll. You can follow along at your own pace and leave with skills you'll actually use at home.

Infant massage is a beautiful way to communicate with your baby — learning to listen to their cues, respond to their needs, and deepen your connection over time. While it offers many benefits, it is not intended to replace any medical therapy or treatment your baby may be receiving.

*Please consult your pediatrician if your baby has any medical conditions before attending.

I believe that every parent, regardless of personal philosophy, and every infant, regardless of birth history or disposition, should have the opportunity to experience the lifelong benefits that come from early bonds that are loving, healthy, and secure.
