🌙 4: End the Day with a Wind-Down GENTLE Touch

Evening massage helps baby (and you) transition into rest more peacefully.
Try this: After asking for their permission, try gentle strokes down the back or feet, paired with deep breaths and dimmed lights. Personally I like to play meditation/ spa music to help set the mood of calmness. This is a great way to practice your mindful meditation.
